I placed an order but haven't received an order confirmation yet. When will I get it?

There's a chance you might not have received your order confirmation if you entered your email address incorrectly. It also might be in your junk mail. If not, let us know and we'll send you another order confirmation.

I just received my order and some items are incorrect/defective. What should I do?

Please contact us if you received anything incorrect or defective as soon as possible (or within 7 days from the date you received your order). Make sure to provide your order number, photos of the item(s) and any other related information. We’ll try our best to have everything resolved as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

It is possible to cancel in 12 hours after order placed. After that, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

Invalid Reasons:

1. Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which Artistic Bae does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Will my order come in one package?

In order for us to get the items to you as fast as possible some items may be shipped in separate packages.

Where are your items shipped from?

Clon's partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as The States, Latvia, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS and E-packet.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-4 weeks. Due to pandemic, or remote area, please allow 3-5weeks for delivery.

How are the items shipped?

Items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses, don't worry if you receive different items in your order separately, they will all reach you eventually. We ship out items individually to reduce waiting time as our warehouses are located in different regions. You would not be charged extra if your purchase is from 2 or more warehouses, that is on us! Note that items marked as Final Sales items would not be refunded or eligible for returns.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes, tracking number is available for most of the countries and will be sent to you through email. It may take up to 14 days during peak season as shipping company may delay the shipment.

I've entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

Customs is asking me for more information. What should I do?

We know how annoying customs can be sometimes, so we’re more than happy to help you out. Let us know what customs needs from you, your order number and any other related information. We’ll try our best to get everything taken care of as soon as possible.

Our Returns Policy

1. Selected items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date you received your order.

2. All returned merchandise must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

3.FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. [Including: Holidays Sale, Flash sale and Over 20% off discount sale.]

4. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not provide return labels or refund shipping fees.

5. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

6. If you have requested for an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.

7. If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package.

8. Upon dispute, Clon's reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

How Do I Return/Exchange My Item(s)?

1) Please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form once authorized. Please ensure to include your order number and case number on the Return/Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.

2) Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days and refunded to your original form of payment. We will email you once it has been processed.

Can I get refund if I do not get my item?

It usually takes around 2-4 weeks for delivery. Unless remote destination or festival season, which may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Customs checking will also delay the delivery time, please be patient for the delivery. If the parcel does not arrive in 2 months, with tracking information or the sent receipt of the parcel provided, a refund up to 80% of the order or a replacement will be sent again under agreement.

In what form does the return come?

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS! We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. We get over 200 new styles a week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out! Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Giftcard via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address you have on file
